These policies protect you and me from wasted time and uncomfortable situations. They apply when you come in to my office or when I visit you.
Your appointment is safe. I will not cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment. If I have to cancel within that time frame, your next appointment will be 50% off.
The minimum required notice for cancellations is 24 hours. Please give as much notice as possible so that your spot can be filled. A few days to a week would be ideal. Illness and weather conditions are exceptions that might not allow for adequate notice and will be taken into consideration.
Calling or emailing prior to your scheduled time to cancel is mandatory to be eligible to book another appointment.
It is solely at my discretion to allow or ban individuals from booking appointments in the future based on their reliability and courtesy.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced and you will be responsible for paying the full amount.
My office is not a spa destination and I am not an hourly employee, therefore, I do not expect or accept tips. I do however accept payment up to the full price of my services if you receive a promotional discount. The best way to show that you appreciate what I do is to schedule another appointment or send someone you know to see me.
Everyone has a different level of pain tolerance and different levels of comfort. I will not know how well you are receiving your treatment unless you tell me. I will be happy to make any adjustments needed to improve your experience.
