The Fine Print

These policies protect you and me from wasted time and uncomfortable situations. They apply when you come in to my office or when I visit you. 

No Cancel Guarantee

Your appointment is safe. I will not cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment. If I have to cancel within that time frame, your next appointment will be free. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be kept on file and the following policy will be applied. Of course exceptions for inclement weather and other unfortunate circumstances will be taken into consideration. All cancellation situations will be evaluated on an individual basis.


First Cancellation - Freebie. There is no consequence for your first cancellation other than bringing you closer to the next tier of the policy.


Second Cancellation - Rescheduling will require payment of 50% of the price of your scheduled service at the time of booking. If you fail to show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your payment will be kept as a fee for occupying an appointment slot.


Third Cancellation - Rescheduling will require payment of the entire amount of the price of your service at the time of booking. If you fail to show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your payment will be kept as a fee for occupying an appointment slot. After the third cancellation you will not be able to schedule with me again.  

Tardiness

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced and you will be responsible for paying the full amount. 

No Tipping

My office is not a spa destination and I am not an hourly employee, therefore, I do not expect or accept tips. I do however accept payment up to the full price of my services if you receive a promotional discount. The best way to show that you appreciate what I do is to schedule another appointment or send someone you know to see me.  

Speak Up

Everyone has a different level of pain tolerance and different levels of comfort. I will not know how well you are receiving your treatment unless you tell me. I will be happy to make any adjustments needed to improve your experience.
